Send your logo, your list of services and prices, and a few photos. That's all I need.
You get a link to your finished site. Open it on your phone, click everything and tell me what to change.
You pay the remaining $200 only when you approve. I connect your domain and your site goes live.

Yes. You never pay me monthly maintenance fees or hosting retainers. You only keep ownership of your regular custom domain name (typically $10 to $15 a year with your registrar).
You won't have to log into WordPress or mess with code. I connect your site to a secure private Google Sheet and a mobile-friendly form. Updating a price or adding a seasonal offer takes 10 seconds from your phone, and the change updates live on your site.
We split it 50/50. You pay a $200 deposit to start design and development. Once the build is ready, you test and review the live interactive preview. The remaining $200 balance is only paid when you approve the site and are ready.
Once you complete my 3-minute onboarding form (logo, service list, photos), turnaround is typically 48 to 72 hours for the completed first version.
Yes, 100%. You keep complete ownership of your custom domain, your content and your Google Sheets management system. You're never locked into a proprietary platform or held hostage by an agency.
Your final payment includes 7 days of free post-launch support. If you need text tweaks, photo swaps or minor layout adjustments once the site is live on your domain, just email me and I'll handle it right away at no extra cost.
I keep it simple on purpose. You get one well-designed page instead of ten you don't need, and your prices live in a Google Sheet instead of an expensive system. I also work alone, with no office or sales team to pay for. So the price stays low and the website still looks custom.
